Boba Fett Classic Mini-Bust (GameStop Exclusive)

Just got this in today. I know a lot of people don't really dig the classic no-arms look, but I don't mind them at all. Gentle Giant's end game doesn't disappoint as usual. His range finder is removable (was packed separately in the foam) and seems like it's made of metal. I like this one a lot and it accents so good with my Stormie and Vader. Already looking forward to the TIE Pilot this winter.

Very cool piece! I had the ROTJ statue and SDCC bust. Both were really nice.

Thanks man. The one cool thing I love most about this bust and all GG Fett busts is they always include his jet pack. Fett isn't a bust without his jet pack...at least to me anyway. Although it's very, very nice, for the longest time I couldn't figure out why I never liked Sideshow's 1:1 Fett bust. I finally realized it was because he didn't have his jet pack. Not even a piece or a portion of it. Anyway, it's a mandatory Fett feature and I'm glad GG includes his jet pack on not only their full size statues, but also their busts.

BR do you know what the difference is between the website version and the GameStop version? Is it just a different COA and ES, or is there something that's physically different on the bust itself?

I've heard that the Vader bust difference was the Star Wars logo underneath the base being a different material or color. Maybe post a pic of your base and I'll check with mine.

Oh yeah, I never even thought of that. The embedded coin underneath the GameStop bust is sliver. If it's true about the color change, then I bet yours would more than likely be gold. Here's a shot of the bottom. Lemme know if yours is different.

Thanks for the picture dude. It's cool that they made a short run of 300, but it sucks that it's only distinguished by the color of the bottom of the base which viewers will never really get to see. It's too bad GG couldn't have something physically different on the website exclusive. Say something like a small light-up chest display, or even if they couldn't do a small light-up, possibly a painted red digital display on his chest armor along with the colored coin and base. Or possibly sculpted Wookie braids on the website EX Vs mixed media braids on the GameStop EX.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

This is actually a really nice looking bust. I'm impressed. I've thought about getting back into mini busts in the future to pair with a larger 1/4 scale piece as I really like the look of a companion bust.
