Grant Morrison's Batman can take anybody, anything.

I mean the guy was SO prepared he created a backup personality to kick in and make sure he survived?

He beat THE DEVIL! For chrissakes!

Normally I'd go with Ult Cap...but lately Batman has been written totally insane and unstoppable (even Darkseid didn't DEFEAT him...)

Regular Cap would totally lose - Batman would cheat to win. 616 Cap wouldn't.

Ultimate Cap all the way, he's a Captain America with a willingness to kill. He could fight bare naked and still come out on top. He's not just strong, but smart too, as in Ultimate Human when Banner discussed the super serum, saying it improves body and mind. Batman has gadgets, and skills, but nothing compared to a super soldier, especially this one.

Any character can be written badly. If Bats and Ultimate Cap were written correctly, Cap would stomp him. Bats beating the Devil or Darkseid is beyond bad writing.
