I’ve looked at both pics back and forth and I’m not seeing an additional tier. Do I just need better glasses?

It does look like the same 2 tier base now that I'm looking at it closer. I don't think it's different. Would be the same pose, just different wings to attach.

I do like this show the flexibility in the wings. I don’t seem to recall his previous ones being able to do that.
It’d be nice if this suit packed a lot of Wakandan tech as Sam isn’t super enhanced and wit can only take him so far when dealing with upcoming Avengers level threats. I assume they’d be much tougher than teenage girls.

Their Hawkman piece looked majestic wings up, but I think especially wings down. However this piece doesn’t have close to that effect imo, and as such I think I’ll primarily be displaying him with wings up.
