I had a similar problem with the hair loop in front of her face on my first JSC Red Riding Hood. The attachment points had too much glue so it looked like she had gum in her hair.

I contacted SSC Customer Service and requested a replacement. They complied and I got a second one that looked way better.

Very nice photo's. Great looking piece. If only it were 1/4
They should have made more effort to give the impression of the tree sitting in the snow,
rather than on the snow. I do like the paw print. Red Riding Hood herself looks 10/10

I have no idea which scale they were aiming for but it?s between 1:4 and 1:5 I guess?

The tree is above the snow, cause of the seam. No idea how they would have done this better, I guess make the snow higher in the front and make the tree click in behind that, but it?s a minor detail. I love the claw effect of the tree, when ordering it felt this made the statue unnecessary big, but in reality it makes a nice 3D frame, and it shows the presence of the wolf together with the footsteps.
