I guess he isn't an FF property either.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

This is from the Marvel Studios Wikipedia page under character rights:

"Additionally, Marvel CCO Joe Quesada in 2012 believed Namor's rights had reverted to Marvel, but Feige said in August 2013 this was not so. However, Feige expanded in July 2014 saying that Marvel Studios, not Universal Pictures or Legendary Pictures, could make a Namor film, "but it’s slightly more complicated than that. Let’s put it this way – there are entanglements that make it less easy. There are older contracts that still involve other parties that mean we need to work things out before we move forward on it. As opposed to an Iron Man or any of the Avengers or any of the other Marvel characters where we could just put them in."

Sounds like that means he's sort of in a Hulk situation? Marvel could make the film, but would have to allow another studio to get partial distribution rights?

Just a guess.

I'm diggin' this idea. Was on the fence about picking this up but a display w/ Strange & (SS) Hulk could hold me down till Surfer or Valkyrie comes along.
