The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Lol, that would be a pretty good EX.

I'm ok with either throne, but with so many customs heads/bases being made these days I could maybe see someone trying to tackle a custom skull throne.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

So a 1 /4 Thanos, would that make him about the same size as the Galactus Maquette?

Doubt it. Galactus isn't 1/4 scale (he's much smaller lol) and Thanos is only 6'7 and sitting.

I think the statue height will mostly depend on the throne back.

I think I'd prefer the space rock type throne or even his classic teleportation throne... but as someone who has so many Thanos statues/busts the skulls are getting a little played out.

The cover to Thanos Rising would be a cool throne, kind of rock/space style that isn't straight from the movies?

And I don't know how flying rocks would play into a 1/4 scale statue either LOL

Man, I love cut and sew pieces. They make the statues feel more premium. Super excited for Thanos as well. Like others have stated, I might have to pick up Gamora as well soon.

A Ron Lim or Jim Starlin portrait is a must on this. Anything else is simply fail. I could care less if there was cloth or fully sculpted as I like both but enough of the artistic interpretation especially iconic characters.

I 100% agree with this.

I disagree with cloth or fabric. But just personal preference, I hate fabric, despise it.
