We are on the same line, I think it will be between $650 and $685, I don't see it exceed the new Thor price, and even less reach the price of rogue or Magneto, which were both labelled as maquettes with complexe engineering (the flying move for rogue with one point of fixation and the extra detailed, very massive and complexe base plus the levitating Magneto).

It is a big statue but way less massive than Juggernaut, with very detailed costume and weapons but the base is ultra simple, there is just the "Deadpool thing", no special engineering in this piece, so for all those reasons, my opinion is that this statue won't reach the $700 pricetag. Of course, that theory works if Sideshow is logical in their current price grid.

Yeah this guy cost $699.99 standing in at 23”

Cable should be 20” standing tall and probably 3 inches for the base

I think the XM looks like a superior statue, but I like the comic style of this one better.

Hahaha! Good one!!! He either draws the feet too small or hidden.

I hate the life jacket he has on though

I answered a few posts but I still not gave my opinion on this piece and Cable is my second favorite character after Domino.

And to tell the truth, I don't really know what to say, I am reserved for the moment, I'm eagerly waiting for the full reveal with the ex. I hope for a second head more modern and younger (e.g my all time favorite Cable face : the first bowen Cable statue) and less liefeld-style. So I hope the Deadpool portal or the cape will not be the ex.

The costume is a patchwork made of his different classic 80's/90's ones, it doesn't bothered me too much as my favorite is actually the blue and yellow of the first bowen statue I talked about earlier. And since then I've not been a fan of all of his modern costumes. However, I'm very happy with their choice to change the color of all the pouches for yellow instead of grey like in the art print and the "deadpool sketch".

The head for a Liefeld inspiration is not that bad , he looks like a protective bad-ass bear, but like I said, another will be more than welcome.

The deadpool vortex is amazing, all my favorite statues have a humorous touch, and this one is really well done... stunning !

In short, I think I like it, he will be very impressive, the costume is good, there is the humour touch but for the grail that I was hoping for, my expectations were higher than the Eiffel Tower and I'm not sure it has checked all my wishlist boxes.
What increases this insatisfaction feeling, is the fact that the Domino PF exists, and my expectations on her were higher than the moon and for me she is very close to perfection.

It would be funny if Baby Hope in a baby carrier was the EX

It’s probably the angry portrait based on the sketch

This isn’t an angry portrait? Maybe this one is just “grumpy”.
