The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I cannot attend the show.

I wonder if Randy will be selling the Thanos Infinity Gauntlet statue as shown in the photo advert.

Are any kind souls from here attending this event?

can you please PM me?

So true these 1/4 are a beast I like to have a couple to punch up the display but love the 1/6 1/7 you get plenty of detail and stature but you can display them easily

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

So the big announcement at JerseyFest is that there will be a big announcement at NYCC?

Well now I have to live in anxiety and depression until October

Considering the big announcement is taking place at NYCC, it's likely a company that is attending the show...leaves me to believe it's either with one of these two companies: Sideshow Collectibles or Kotobukiya. I took a quick glance at the exhibitors list and those are the prominent statue companies attending. I give the edge to Sideshow as Sideshow sold/distributed Bowen Designs statues back in the day so they may have some sort of business relationship established already. Koto produces 1:6 and I believe Erick is leaving or will be too busy with his own endeavors. I just don't see Koto giving RB the creative control he wants.

My sleeper picks are Dark Horse Comics and Diamond Comic Distributors. I believe Diamond was involved with Bowen distribution before too.

I'm hoping for SSC personally. I'd LOVE to see a 1/4 classic HULK and Cap by Randy. I'd LOVE to see any 1/4 Marvel or DC work by Randy for SSC. With Sosa potentially getting the Marvel license in 1/6 scale, maybe Randy could do a little freelance work for Erick as well. It would be the best of both worlds. However, I'd really like to see what Randy could do in 1/4 scale.

Yeah, that'd be cool to see...I just don't have the money (or space) to throw at all the 1/4 pieces. Wouldn't be surprised if they tack on a little premium for Bowen's work either. If he'd do some 1/6 on the side, that'd be cool. I'd rather he do some 1/4 on the side, though...go work with Koto or Sosa as his main gig.
