Not sure a 7/10 is high praise but I did enjoy it. It wasn’t as good as I was expecting given Garland’s past achievements but he set the bar pretty high. I wrestled over giving it a 6.5 or a 7 but ultimately skewed up because it made me think and reevaluate what I’d seen which I generally appreciate. Admittedly it left me wanting a bit too so hopefully I haven’t overhyped this one.

The Predator. 5/10. This is the best they could come up with? Makes me really appreciate the first two and the avps even more.

Hereditary 6.5/10 Disturbing and creepy. There's some good scare in there but it takes forever to get to the meat and potatoes.
