I've often considered going that route but I have some pieces that are a little tall although that spiderman PF looks like it fits perfectly...
Also, could you explain how you did your lighting?

Thx!

This is really great!

I hate putting my statues in "boxes" but the way you did it makes it look like they are not enclosed. Bravo!

Ok so...
They are regular Bestas with the glass doors with the smaller boarders.

Spider-Man Can easily fit as the shelves are fully adjustable up and down.

The lights are IKEA Jansjo LED worklamps. I fit 2 per display, one at the top and one at the bottom. Perfect because they are a spotlight so focus the light on the peice more than the inside of the cabinet plus because they are gooseneck you can move the light around depending what you have on display. To finish it off each cabinets light transformer is plugged into a simple remote power socket allowing me to switch each on and off without rooting around in the cabinet.

The overall effect is amazing as it really makes any statue a “centrepiece” and allows for some creative photos.

Thank you. I feel the same, such a waste if you can’t see all the details but thought making the statues pop with the lights would make it work.

Joel, thanks for sharing. Super classy and well placed set ups. Your house should be on one of those HGTV shows!

is it tricky to get those janso lights setup in the besta?

I love the 2 cabinet setup on a stand but I have like 16 pieces :/

That is an amazing looking display but seeing that fills me with dread, especially the OG Hulk PF on the middle shelf, I own it so I know how insanely heavy that piece is.

It reminds me of this horrific pic.
