I try not to be negative here, but I really don't get this piece at all. Character selection, posing, and now the price.
I'm a big Wonder Woman fan and have tons of pieces of her, but $800 for what feels like a Darkseid piece with a smaller and oddly placed Diana? Honestly, I'd be hard pressed to drop $400 on this.
It's a shame because imagining 1:6 Wonder Woman fighting Grail or Circe for $600 would have been very tempting with the talent I know Iron Studios has.

I feel the same way about the Wolverine vs Juggernaut dio. I could still buy that piece if I wanted to but the way they did Wolvie was really disappointing.
I don't get your point about Diana being smaller though.

I know it is correct because Darkseid is larger, but I don't care about Darkseid so him dominating the piece over Diana is a strike against it based on my preference. If Diana was above or felt equal footing would help in my view.
Anyways, happy for folks that want it, I won't pick on it anymore. Plenty of Wonder Woman pieces out there I do like.

Yeah I see what you mean. The pose they used for Batman vs Bane would've worked great here.

I think the character Selection comes from the comic series where Diana was trying to prevent Darkseid from regaining his power and failed and Diana was forced to fight him one-on-one. It was part of the rebirth run.
As for the pose and the positioning, that I can't explain.

The pose reminds me of their Doomsday piece.

this piece is a huge disappointment for me. I have the bats vs bane and supes vs doomsday so I was looking forward to WW. I was hoping it would be at Cheetah or Ares but not Doomsday. So I am passing on this one. Too bad cant complete the trinity VS line.

Agree. Not a fan of this. Darkseid's head dimensions look too big in the pic.

Asking $800 is laughable.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Some people are already getting a hold of this piece. And I saw this comparison circulating around in FB groups.
