Lol I was collecting Medicom 1/6 figures back then. I remember thinking I was insane for dropping $99 on Carnage. Flash forward to 2020 and I'm splurging $600-700 without even blinking.

Ahhhh the figures that set me on the path to high end collecting. How times have changed. I still want a Carnage that looks like that Medicom RAH figure.

Thought i'd go back and have a look myself.

I had some earlier orders of 1/6 and 1.5 pieces which were between $10 and $15 to ship to the UK.

Bu the first LARGE box and heavy piece i got was probably the Batman PF in 2012.

$18 to the UK.

Now lets compare to my Guyver 3 which is also 1 large heavy box to the UK, shippe djust a few weeks ago.

Ouch.

Looking through, i had the Museum pose Green Lantern PF shipped in 2015 just 3 years after Batman and shipping was $85...

The last Sideshow made PF i had shipped direct was Thor Breaker of Brimstone and that was $146 and that was in Feb of 2019.

Crazy that I was still able to buy the Batman PF from SS 5 years later.
Green Lantern PF was my first SS order and that didn’t ship until 2017. Kept getting delayed.

Hahaha I was looking the other day at that as well..saw my Darth Talon Ex order..$289 plus $12 shipping to NY..and No Tax at the time- 2009

Also during that same time I got Hulk Vs Spider-Man Dio at my Local Comic shop..$325. That to me is one of the biggest bargains I remember as well.

Ahhhhh the good old Days when this wasn’t a hobby for just the rich..lol

I could have sworn my first purchase was the Adam Hughes Emma Frost Maquette but I didn't see it on my list. It shows the Adam Hughes Mystique back in 2009. Oh the memories!

Yeah definitely some missing on mine as well, it doesn’t show my Stealth IM, Adam Hughes MJ or Thing PF to name a few. So they must delete after time.

Ahhhh....the irony. I used to think that there was no way I'd get into statues. And now It's $600+ without batting an eye.
