Great excitement today when I made my first art sale as a (small time) art dealer handling the sale of Colin Wilson's original comic art!
While I have around 35 pages or so "on hold" for various buyers, my first payment was made today - yay! I'm also quite surprised at the number of faithful fans from the UK and Europe (Portugal, Denmark, France, Holland etc.) who remember Colin's work fondly and have ordered Rogue Trooper art and Young Blueberry artwork.
I barely had time to list some work a couple of days ago only to see have orders come in! Best,
Nice, Royd. As I told you already, you're a natural for this stuff. Fits you like a glove...even if you are in the wrong country for it..Kidding. Well, it'd be easier for you if you were in the US, but what can you do. You've got a day job!
Very glad to see people appreciate quality art and Colin's work is getting out there to collectors. With any luck, you'll run out of things to sell eventually.
