He means the game Gun not an accessory.
Sony never released any gun accessories here in the US at all or in Japan as I can recall. Only games like Time Crisis or That one game...Slap Shot or something Shot? This was around the time the Colombine stuff happened so alot of game companies pulled the plug on gun accessories for the time being. Sega had a kewl one for the Dreamcast till they pulled it off the US market, but then MadCatz and Pelican released their own regardless. Which I have 2 of for my House of the Dead games.
