Maybe he wants it to be a surprise. Or it could be possible that there just was not the time to produce one.

As for Batman pre sale, I personally do not mind it being delayed. If delaying the pre-sale means that the statue will ship on time (whenever it is supposed to ship) then I am fine with that. Like everyone else, I am more curious what the actual painted version will look like.

Well, they got 6... I think! Definitely bit off more than they can chew though, it'll be years and years and years before they even get through the ones being worked on. Which is totally fine, but they definitely are... Optimistic

Chad talked about the delays briefly in the live chat last night on Batman Statue Collectors YouTube channel. He mentioned statue forum and Hawkgirl and how he is looking forward to showing us all the things we don't see behind the scenes.

One thing he talked about that really caught my attention was the subject of variants. Chad said he didn't want to do something that would hurt the value of collectors' statues.

He also said he is toying with the idea of rereleasing the Joker statue with a simplistic base and a black and white color scheme to his suit so that it's different from the version already out there but still using the same beautiful sculpt.

I love the idea, but I don't own that piece. How do those of you who purchased it feel?


Also Chad mentioned some guy named grphyx who's real name he couldn't bother to get straight. David? Richard? Who knows

I missed the chat, but someone said he mentioned something about a Brainiac and Darkseid with light up eyes. Did anyone catch that???

I can't remember what he said about Darkseid, but yeah everybody went crazy when he mentioned Braniac.
