Because it is not exact G1 cartoon like. For instance the dome part comes in at a slant whereas the traditional Megs dome goes straight across. That is essentially the main thing i think. But as I have stated numerous times, this is G1 inspired not exact G1. The body types are geometric but more detailed and the faces are pretty much the same with small subtleties. Starscream face isn't the exact same as the cartoon either...but It is Starscream...no mistaking that. In the same way...this is Megatron...no mistaking it.

Yes agree on the chain part. Its too thin and flimsy looking. The cool part is that ball and chain have a cool purple light up feature you can see in some videos. Don't fret peeps....it's Sisko is going to be uploading in depth videos like she did last year.

I can understand the lines in the face, never paid attention to it, but that’s just because I think things like that fit for the TF line. With all the parts that have to move and tuck away, there’s bound to be lots of lines throughout.

As far as I know...he wasn't quite finished yet. He is probably being painted now or very soon I would think.
