Black Widow leaning...

and here we are, my Black Widow is leaning...

Today she looks like this...

I found a pic when I received it...

and found also a pic taken two month after I received and the leaning was already there...damn I should have noticed it...

I already have contacted XM Europe support but this is pissing me off!!! Because I love this statue and I'm sure they won't replace it now...

There was a mess up at the factory when Black Widow was being produced, and one batch had incorrect materials used that were too soft and prone to leaning. They got mixed up with the other batches though, so there was no way to tell them apart. XM issued an apology and said to let them know if your BW starts to lean. So I'm sure they will rectify this for you.

I thought there was a recall, so I thought I was safe...but seems that I don't have the one with the metal rodd...
Funny thing (well not so funny for me) a friend who bought it at the same time and at the same place, has not the problem...

After so many time I don't think they will send me another one...

Never know if you don't ask, see what Bryan can do for you. It's certainly way past the release date but wouldn't hurt to ask.

I knew of the wall problem, but not the statue itself. That's unfortunate, but this is a "once every blue moon" situation when compared to the other two companies' releases. I'm sure you'll be compensated too.

There wasn't a recall, because they didn't have a way to tell the bad ones from the good ones.

XM is not SS where they say tough luck after 30 days, just shoot Bryan a Email.

BTW it was a material issue not a rod issue. The factory used a softer resin by accident on some of the Black Widows legs which can cause leaning over time and unfortunately some shipped out before they caught it. I'm sure XM will either refund you or give you a replacement. Heck you might even get one of their artist proofs since I doubt they have any factory made ones left.

I have full-filled this form sent by my french local retailer

https://script.google.com/macros/s/A...FtEpTTM-7/exec

Don't know if it's going directly to XM Studios or XM Europe

I really hope they will replace it because I love it and don't want to buy it at crazy price on aftermarket..
