I have seen the male version for this on TV. I didn't know there was one for women!!! If you think the women look funny doing that exercise, you should see the male version! I thought it was a Saturday Night Live skit when I first saw it! This is one of the most ridiculous exercise scams ever! Guys have been doing THIS exercise for hundreds of years!
