Thanks for posting this!
I knew this from being a lifeguard as a youth myself. But wouldn't have known unless I was told and trained. I think it is very important for everyone, especially those with kids, to be educated in the dangers of water accidents and possible drowning!

My little cousin drowned at his father's company picnic. 13 really isn't a lucky number.
