It's time's like these that remind me that nobody can walk in someone else's shoes. Marriage and parenting are a personal thing as is statue collecting.
Imagine the irony if years down the road you find your son searching back for that lost piece with surprise Dad! Red Sonja PF. Either that or for his own collection. Fate is funny that way.

Just like the new Wolverine PF, the collectors located nearest to China will get their Red Sonja PF first.
Then the collectors located in north and south america will get theirs next.
So, if you are located in the Americas, then yes, it's normal that you didn't get your payment notification yet.
