Just starting out...

Just starting out here on the forum and I had an eventful day at the comic book shop that I thought would be a good time to start sharing. Hopefully the image loads. And yes, it's just the boxes filling my trunk...

I've got lots of other items recently, but I'm pretty busy with school. Also, I got sick of dusting the few I did have out on my desk, so almost all of them are put up in their boxes somewhere. Will try to post more images as I have time to take pictures (I might even take a few of them out of the box ) Nothing too unique in the collection yet, but I'm still just getting started. Any suggestions on how to display them and any you would like more pictures of, just let me know.

Nice snags! Yes - dusting sucks - but it's a must!

Thanks a bunch. I just started collecting statues maybe 6 months ago... today has been by far the most expensive day for me.

I plan on taking out most of the boxes and just getting pics of them in the next few days. Unfortunately, I'm still in school and my apartment isn't quite presentation worthy, so it will be a while before I show them all on display...

Awesome haul man. Can't wait to see pics when you get them up. For display get some detolf's from Ikea, they are cheap, sturdy and classy. Most of us use them. Ikea is a great place to start in general. Look forward to seeing your collection on display.

Nice additions. If you bought those at a LCS I'll bet you paid a pretty penny!

Welcome to the forum!
If you're lookin for an alternative to displaying your goods in your trunk and you're in the vicinity of an IKEA, check out their shelves and cabinets.
A trunk is no place to keep your statues.
