The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I always ask myself, do I love what I am seeing here and can I afford this?

If I can say yes, to both, and this is something I really must have. I'll pre-order and never look back.

This is a fine statue, and would be wonderful to own, but it's not a must have for me.

We've all been there (Green Arrow).

Although the pricing on this seems absurd to me when Iron Studios released a 1/3 scale Hawkman for twice the cost.
Just wait until SS releases Hawkman for $775.

I definitely can see that point

When I first started getting statues other than some DC direct I was buying exclusively Bowen. When I was purchasing them I was like “I had to have all the avengers”, “I had to have all the X-Men” etc. and then kind of realized I’m just buying some of these to be a completist and I didn’t need to be one.

Now that I am pretty much just exclusively picking up Tweeterhead I am pretty much looking at them as though “do I really love the character or not”. Even though he produced fantastic Superman and Wonder Woman statues and they are characters they both like I just don’t feel the need to own them.

This Hawkgirl statue is fantastic and I do like it’s more of a throwback to Shayera instead of Kendra.

The EX portrait looks great. The normal head has beady eyes. The could have may the eyes on the mask/helmet a little bigger. But over an excellent sculpt and design.

4) if production pictures come out great then quickly order the EX
5) When the ES is high + must-have + production pics are good, wait for a good deal on the aftermarket.

That's exactly what I'll be doing with Cable.

I have zero regrets pre ordering day one for the EX. Still looks amazing. Hope everyone that wants one gets one.

I feel like this one is EX or bust for me. I don't care for the reg head even a little bit. Tough call but I think I will be passing on her.
