I am. It was a last minute decision, but I'm here in Raleigh as I type.

Charles knows, but I will be there tomorrow. Maybe Sunday morning a bit.

I'm volunteering most of tomorrow and will be taking my daughter on Sunday. Not actually getting anything myself either day (although they have some good artists), this is more for just volunteering and letting my daughter have fun. It is a nice small show that keeps growing a little more each year.

I had to leave the con early today but will be back for tomorrow. I missed one panel I really had wanted to see due to it filling up before I got in. Oh well. On the good side, I was able to score some work on my Cap Villains jam from Mike Perkins. He did the Winter Soldier figure for me and did an AMAZING job on it! That's the last figure left and while I have a little bit of maintenance to have done on it, all the planned figures are done. Whew!

My youngest, Matthew, and I had a great time. Small show but they also show movies in the attached theater. We watched Flash Gordon and TMNT 2 so that helped us spend the day there. Then had dinner with Charles and Steve. Good time all around. And I picked up a Phil Noto sketch and a Jim Starlin splash.

Great to see Under, CK, and Sam again. Nice smaller size show (although getting a bit too big for the Durham convention area on Saturday). If you see an artist you like at this show, there is a really good chance you would be able to get on his list.
