Prime1 Economy Shipping Option

There's been talk that Economy Shipping is on hold. It's unclear whether or not this is for already in process orders. Has anyone here contacted Prime1 regarding the status of their pieces that were ordered via Economy Shipping?

I've waited for 2.5 years on SS to ship. I then cancelled and ordered via P1 due to the debacle between the two. Now I'm waiting with P1. This is beyond infuriating.

I was going to order a statue the other day, but I noticed the economy shipping is temporarily suspended so I didn't. No clue what is going on though. These companies don't communicate with customers well.

EDIT: Just saw this on Facebook. Apparently it's due to the U.S.-China trade dispute.

Just use regular shipping, even with that you guys in the U.S still get these statues cheaper than us here in EU

I would love to at this point, but someone said that they won't let us convert over and pay the difference.

So they can't ship your item if it's on economy shipping and they won't let you pay to upgrade it to regular shipping. Basically they're taking your money and won't ship your statue.

Exactly. If they aren't willing to rectify the situation by letting me pay the difference, then I'll do a charge back. I'm tired of this runaround.

Well the trade negotiations should be over soon, unless China backtracks again like they did in May. One thing's for sure, I'm not paying like $800 to have Lobo with dolphins shipped to me. If cheap shipping goes away, congrats to the companies that secured 1/6 licenses.

Their customer service could use some work. Also not a fan of the FB group never telling customers what's going on. Any information is filtered through their minions instead of actual P1 employees.
