Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I actually really like the Selina head. I thought it was said before this was a Mark Brooks piece, and that looks like a Mark Brooks portrait of Selina to me.

I'm much more impressed with this piece overall than the newest Sideshow 1/4 Catwoman holding the necklace / Bat-cowl. Much better posing and storytelling involved for pretty much the same concept of her robbing Bruce Wayne. I have that one on pre-order already, and I'll probably drop it in favor of this one depending on the price.

The paint slop around the flesh is odd to showcase, but it is a prototype. I don't think they're going to aim for paint slop in production. Maybe the new direction is to under-promise on the paint and then IMPROVE in production, instead of the other way around that happens so often.

That's one of the worst female heads I've ever seen.
I don't give this statue any more thought.

The thing I mostly like about this piece is the base.

The portrait is the real vibe killer for me, to porcelain doll looking. They really should start getting someone to up there portrait game but I doubt they will.

It's like they have the A team work on some pieces, and the B team on the pieces on other pieces to keep pushing them out quick.

I still like this but it could have been soo much better. Something is missing. I was really looking forward to this but now I don't know.
I have a custom 1/4 Balent purple Catwoman that has better portraits to be honest, just not an unmasked one.

But this would be hard to get in 1/4 for me anyways, since it's asia only.

Yup!
My guess is, anyone picking this up will display the piece with the 'other' portrait, which looks good to me, even if the paint app lacks shading.
I do like the purple areas. Let me guess, the price.. $750 to $850

The pearls look out of scale (too big)

I'm on the opposite side of most everyone else. I really like the unmasked portrait and would display her that way. Although I would be getting the 1:6 version. Not sure what it is but I really like the unmasked portrait. Maybe it reminds me of Adam Hughes.

Through a top hat on her and a bunny at her feet.

The two display options is so cool. The unmasked portrait is a bit weird. She's got the late 80s or early 90s suit, but her unmasked portrait looks like a movie star from the 50s to 70s era.

Yep. Catwoman, Zatanna, Wonder Woman, the Huntress. All the same woman with a change of eye color and costume.
