I guess what I wanted to happen is for Japanese figure makers to make Disney characters.
Maybe the bishoujo style is not for female Disney characters after all.
But then again, there are Disney characters that may make a nice bishoujo.
Megara from Hercules is one. A sexy take on Maleficent maybe? :P

Sure Mara Jade's got a pretty round behind,
but the feel of the figure is less sultry and more kickass.

If they could do that to the wholesome female characters of Disney, it'd be really cool!

I could imagine Rapunzel being made with Pascal (kinda like Supergirl with Streaky)

No way Disney would go for it. The Marvel portion of Disney is a totally different beast than the in-house characters. The Disney princesses have been exclusively marketed with a "pure" sensibility, and predominantly at 3-10 year olds for 80 years. Marvel has been all over the map in what their offerings and fan base is. They published Kravens Last Hunt and Spider-ham at the same time.

The (relative)pittance that Disney would receive from granting Koto a license would not at all be worth the PR hassle of a single person taking offense and whining on social media about it.
