I personally think this is EX or fail. Hooded portrait is not bad, but the EX portrait looks too good.

I hope you check with Sideshow about a replacement head so that white speck can be taken care of.
I know you will probably pose with the modern version, but the prices we pay for statues these days -- I think you'd be happier if Sideshow sent you a new head.
