We still have a few Canary's available from our allotment, which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. We also have the other CG statues up for pre-order as well.

I have read nothing but horror stories from that place cause they ship extremely slow and get their stuff in late sometimes and sometimes not even at all.

Cheap but ship slow, that's why I left there and went to tales of wonder and now to Most Wanted Collectibles.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I haven't really found them to be that slow - it all depends on what kind of shipping option you choose. My Black Canary order had been filled by this past weekend. I do only have them ship my stuff out once a month, but it is an option to have them ship as stuff comes in. If anyone was in a hurry for a particular statue and knew it was about to come out, they could just shoot them an e-mail and have them ship it the next week... or just shoot them an e-mail after the order is placed and tell them you want stuff sent as it arrives... Shipping is $5.95 per shipment no matter what. Since this was the end of the month anyway, mine should be going out today.

For the price, I've become more patient anyway. If there is something I'm dying for (Batman Vs. Killer Croc), I may increase the shipping frequency that month. Otherwise, I just wait for my monthly shipment.

To give some idea on the pricing, I've got 3 statues/busts coming this month. Black Canary - $64.99, Vixen WODCU bust - $35.75, Green Arrow HODC bust - $45.50. To me, those are post-release Ebay prices on the busts and I doubt anyone will see Black Canary for that price.

Customer service via e-mail for me has been fantastic. I've been really impressed. I've been buying comics/trades from them for over a year and switched to them for statues after the ToW debacles.

I think they are great. Never had an issue, and easy to work with.
When you place orders, be aware that if you order three statues on the same order, they will ship when the last item arrives, so if you do not want that you have to order each item individually. I am the kind of guy that wants its there get it out to me

Never had a problem.

You can still put them all on one order - you just have to e-mail them separately after the order is placed and tell them to ship them as they arrive. Then they'll just charge $6 for shipping for each statue rather than $6 to ship them all at once.
