when they first introduced this line, im pretty sure its labelled as 1/6 resin statues. its so hard to judge the pieces just based on the pics. i was very careful though in who to get coz i know all are not on the same size level. honestly i was just pissed to see endgame cap at 10 inches. come on dst the other endgame pieces are at the 1/6 size. guess will have to sell it when it arrives. many thanks Gothamite, sir.

It has happened with other companies. DC advertised the DC Icons line as "1/6 scale" but soon stopped doing that. Those statues were even smaller than the Premier Collection, 1/8 scale. 
Anyway, the safest thing to do is to trust yourself and a tape measure, NOT what companies say about scale.
