I finally got mine!!! £210 on postage and I was sent two of the same box.

Production, communication and delivery all had some sort of issue. I now have to send this back due to no fault of my own, it's getting close to 3 years of waiting for this piece.

Have to say my first time buying from figurama has left me with a pretty poor perception of them.

33 months from PO to doorstep, if I remember correctly they originally quoted about 14 months.
23 months after it sold out they increased the es from 400 to 600
Two production update on their site after all this time. One actual update and another saying they where increasing the ES.
Sent me the wrong boxes.

The only thing that went smoothly was them taking my payments.

Sorry for you. That kind of answer from a statue is just unaceptable, you should speak up on facebook, they have to send you a replacement, its their fault if the package is poor.

Wow that's not a good look for the company. You are a very patient and understanding customer.

It was surprising considering how positively I see people talk about them.

My shopping experience was crap but I cant deny that they also have some of the best sculpts in the hobby. It's the only reason I am still hopeful.

Right now I wouldn't recommend figurama to anyone.

Man, that's a bummer, especially after waiting for soo but I am sure the support will help you out.

Like I was anxious for my statue as well for a while since alot of folks were getting it and ( i must admit I was a bit jealous that mine hadn't come yet ) and so i got in touch with support and they were like delays due to COVID -19 and stuff,

but they reached out to me soon after and let me know that they had sent it out and my tracking details arrived and I could breathe a sigh of relief

and voila, a couple of weeks later the beast arrived on my doorstep.

And my faith was restored, trust me guys the wait is totally worth it when you unpack and set it up .check out these pics I clicked

trust me, bro, support will sort you out for sure ,

My Beast was broken right in half. They asked me to send it back at first at my own expense and then after a bit of back and forth they cleared it up that they would pay for the return.
They told me a new one would be shipped out as soon as the broken one was returned which was a week and a half ago and I just now got a tracking number for it after being assured that the new statue was sent out.
The tracking number doen't work. FedEx says its not in their system at all. So no surprise there
This companies products are great but the communications is very lacking.
