The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Well, as i was clicking in the "place bid" button, the cursed seller ended the auction. I was like "WTF???? i was about to win this for less than 400,00 USD!"

adn he was like "im sorry, just made my mind to keep it... the feeling on having it here when i look at it is amazing.. i wont sell it, sorry for any incovenience".

Please, if you're selling something on ebay, let it go. Its not your anymore. Dont do what this son of a mother did to me... i stayed up until 3 am.. im like a zombie right now (7 am) and gotta go work.

God Bless you people and good mornig lol
Sorry to hear about your frustration!

Werid price ranges on those things. I am used to them being over 1k but 800 was sort of a steal. Still pricey for a 1/4 scale statue.

it is because of all the conditions involving an auction. On that auction only US ebayers could bid on it. International bidders couldn't. The seller set it up that way, so there goes 60% of your customer base. That is why the shin akuma went for $1400, instead of $1800-2000

All you gotta do is ask my friend!
I got that Shin at 1400, seller seems pretty nice, but he didn't know how to set up an auction for beans! He wanted worldwide shipping, but couldn't set it up, so like you said he excluded 60% of the customer base, also, he listed in under "lord or the rings figures" for one category and "Anime, Manga" in the other.
PCS and Sideshow statues are just like anything else I guess, you put it in a spot where most people can't find it and it won't sell as well.

Lol, Dave I would buy your xmen setup if I didn't already buy regular wolverine. Not a bad deal at all my friend. Gratz on winning that piece though! As big of a ryu fan I am I will have to just wait for the ultimate one.

Thanks!
I'm pretty stoked about it. It's funny, I posted a 'want to buy' thread on the freaks board asking for a Shin for 1900, and got very little interest.
One month later I get one for almost 500 less. Just a waiting game with these things!

I'm torn about Ryu as well, but I am probably gonna wait for the ultimate one, the last REG went for almost 1200!
