I start writing on this forum because the company "Pop Culture Shock" (
https://www.popcultureshocktoys.com) does not answer any of my emails (emails sent to these addresses:
customerservice@pcstoy.com &
support@sideshow.com).
I wrote to them
more than a month ago and I still haven't received a reply. I have
rewritten them several times and I still don't have an answer.
The problem concerns a purchase I made on
July 24, 2017. I gave them all the information about this purchase, including my order number, the product ("
Akuma 1:4 10 YR":

$427.50 USD).
I have explicitly and repeatedly indicated that I want a
full refund.
I am aware that in principle they keep a "non-refundable deposit (NRD)", but their "Cancellation Policy" also specifies that this NRD "may be refunded upon cancellation
if the product arrival date goes beyond 90 days of the currently posted estimated arrival date located on the product page of each item".
At the time I made my purchase the product it was indicated on their website that the product would be shipped during the year 2018... In reality the delivery will be made at the end of 2019.
Thus,
the product arrival date goes beyond 90 days, it even goes beyond a year....
I would
never have bought this product if I knew it would take so long, the information was misleading.
I wrote all this to them several times, each time remaining perfectly polite, giving them time to answer, but I have no answer...
I'm starting to think that I've been
scammed/ripped off and that "
Pop Culture Shock" is now a ghost company that only has a website and a bank account...
Given the lack of professionalism and the obvious illegality, I plan to take legal action against them, both regarding my purchase and to prevent others from getting
scammed/ripped off by "Pop Culture Shock".
Is there anyone connected with this company who can answer me?
Are there any other people on this forum who are in this situation with "Pop Culure Shock"?
