Correct. That is the main reason I ordered mine through SS in the first place. As of now, my order is still active, and I have one more payment left, so I'm trying to figure out if I should even bother making the last one or not.

I paid a parasaurolophus and p1 triceratops. No refunds. Partial nor my bank cant refund me. Only CC...so im fu&%$#

I'm out of pocket for the Stargate Fossil at the moment, ordered & paid directly through Chronicle. Preparing for the worst, but hopeful that I will recoup that money. All of my orders through Partial.ly have now been repaid. I think despite the lack of communication around this they have done a good job in getting at least some of our money back to us.

I seem to remember one of the owners (Clay?) having a bunch of Hollywood memorabilia which is how they did some of their Stargate stuff, particularly the Fossil and Ra Mask, the former which I did PO and Pay in Full, the latter which I would have had it gone up for PO. I seem to recall them having props from other properties they did - T2 and JP.
Well - to add more speculation to the bankruptcy / selling of assets / restructuring of the company - I saw these in the latest Profiles in History Auction for November ( https://profilesinhistory.com/auctio...d-auction-120/).
Especially the last sentence on the Fossil description - "Item located in the state of Texas and special shipping arrangements will apply."

Guys, in your opinion, you think CC will ever refund us? The thing is i want to buy my p1 triceratops (again) direct from P1 since CC failed me. But im afraid they will not refund us and I would have "bought" it twice...hope you understand what im trying to say.

I definitely will not be buying stuff twice. If I get burned I’m thru with Prime 1 JP products. There is always something else to collect.
