A unique piece for sure.
If the lights ever pack up, it might be worth looking into adding replacement lights that somehow sequence flash on and off. Quite how, i do not know.

The Temptation of Lady Death by Sideshow Collectibles

Some out of the box mobile phone shots!
Lady Death arrived today. This piece has been on my wants list ever since.. ever since i knew of it's existence.

Given the age of the statue, it has not aged a day.
Her weapon is made from metal!

In person this pieces looks as good as it does in the photo's.

I paid a normal'ish (not too high) price for Lady Death. Being located in the UK, there was no import fee, no shipping fee.

I am kicking myself slightly, as i managed to snap of a finger while inserting the difficult to insert metal weapon pole.
I have since glued the finger back. It is what it is.
It will not be the first piece in my collection to feature a repair.
Thinking about it, i have a total of 4 statue that feature repairs.

Congratz to Lady Death! I also got this about a year ago and I am very happy to get her for a good fair price. And yes...the pole position and the right way to put it in place is hell on earth. You have to be more then carefull to place it right. Not to damage the fragile is a challenge.
Anyway... be happy to have her in your collection bro!!

Congrats to you to for owning such a great piece. For me this Lady Death is a bit of a grail piece.

Zatanna EX PF by Sideshow Collectibles

Zatanna 470/500 arrived today. My oh my, what a piece! she looks perfect!

I thought the EX green demon Fuseli would pop into the top hat. But no, Fuseli ships inside his own top hat.

I left the plastic film on the mirror base in place for now, until i find a permanent display position.

From what i can tell, the table is supposed to be tilted slightly, to reflect the fact Zatanna is leaning on the front of the floating table. While the table is tilted, the foot / leg that attatches to the base appears to be straight.

All in all, super happy!
