Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

The scorpion is a nice touch
I'd say "thanks" again - but you'd be tempted to reply "anytime"
Shame the plants look what they are - plastic. Hopefully the final ones included will be better quality.

Do we have any idea how much IS will charge for their City Hunter?

Not so far.
But I'd much rather pay more (if needed) for something I really like and want.
I'm WAY past settling for "not quite there".
The base on this has been cobbled-together and looks like one of those garish setups you'd see in a tacky aquarium.

Oh, I certainly understand. I've both sold and avoided so many pieces in anticipation of this one because they didn't quite hit the spots I needed. This does the trick.
I see what you mean regarding the base, though I can't think of what I'd have done differently. I like an organic jungle base, something that feels like part of a world and not constructed strictly to be a base. This one does feel a bit busy and cobbled, but the composition of rocks, ferns, and branches is still believable as a real-world environment. I guess I'd maybe nix the branch in the middle or make it a bit shorter, but that really is a nitpick.
My only hope is that the open-mouthed head comes with the standard. That and the helmet are all I really care about.

Just a note in case anyone didn't get it from the pics (it's not so clear) the deluxe is a complete seperate base I believe (2 roundish bases for each)
