I'm not quite sure I get this. Why would anybody place all that food out back by the dumpster no less? And what's that bit about an inspection? Makes no sense? Is that particular restaurant anticipating a check from food safety inspectors?
Why don't just store those items in the fridge? Won't lawsuits or fines be more costly?
