That's because they keep rehashing the same characters.
Boring poses and higher price points for nothing extra or with a wow factor. Imo that's why those pieces are sitting. Put out some characters like Bossk, some of the ancient sith lords/Jedi or even Ahsoka Fulcrum version. I guarantee those would sell.

Yup, there's definitely no guarantee those would sell. They make the characters that should sell and if they don't why take a gamble on something that may not. Unless Disney makes you, like all those sequel pieces.
