Godzilla 2014

It was at least better than that '98 movie. It was very slow moving. Too many side-quests and stories, that amounted to nothing, bogging it down. At times I felt like I was watching a Michael Bay film. The monster designs kind of sucked too. Everything about them was plain. Finally, like Pacific Rim, the action scenes all took place in the dark only it was ten times worse in this film because the monsters were all dull in colour.

6/10

Although Marvel has dates for upcoming films, they are not set in stone and only tentative. It depends a lot on the success of each individual film. GOTG 2 is a clear example of that. A black Widow solo movie is as possible as a Howard the Duck one (I rather pay to watch Scarlett than a talking bird).
It's been already decided I was wrong about Lucy's box office success, but just because it's the same actress who plays BW doesn't mean that Marvel will change their plans according to the film's success. A BW solo (or duo) film will be made at some point, but it won't be anytime soon. If DC makes a successful WW film it might put pressure on Marvel and may cause them to speed up their plans. But this is a big "if".

"Ifs" are a big part of this industry. Competition between studios also. Time will tell.

Since when have you become an authority on reliable sources? Regardless of how old the story is it was out there. You seem to be the one with short term memory loss. Just one page ago you wrote

Now your saying we have debated it before

Until it comes from Feige's mouth its all conjecture. And all sources can be taken with a grain of salt.

What I mean was there is no OFFICIAL word on low budget movies mentioned by MARVEL. I hope this is clear enough or would you like me to spell it for you? And you don't have to be an authority to see that source is pretty unreliable, a little common sense is enough. If we are to believe that Chud site there should have been at least one low budget Marvel film by now, it's been four years after all. And if you truly believe what it says on that article you gonna need a lot of salt since the original article seems to have been removed from the site, probably because it was bogus.

Metroid is clearly an authority on Box Office results. Don't argue with him, show material to the contrary or convey metrics other than those in his own minds eye for success.

He still needs to contact Sony and let them know that there was no need to bump Amazing Spider-Man 3 out of the summer and back a few years because by his math it was a rousing success.

All Is Lost ~ 4/5

Not my typical movie choice but it was very well done. Interesting to see a literal "one man" movie. Redford was great in it.
