Something about his torso doesn't look right.

Looks a little flabby to me. Pose and base look good but Spiderman should have 0% body fat. Sideshow OG is still the top dog based on this evidence.

I always felt that his left side looked off and I still think it looks off.

A conclusion is simply the place where you got tired of thinking.

I think it's that way because of the way his body is posed. It's twisted so it may look odd at certain angles. Technically, if he had 0% body fat, he'd be dead.

Agreed. That's why I don't like it.

Personally, I think the most recent SS Spider-Man PF is the best one available but I already have the Symbiote version so didn't want 2 statues with the same exact pose. I"m still waiting to add a "normal" Spider-Man with the blue and red suit to my collection.

It's definitely the realistic anatomy of an awkward torque to the body. With so many Spidey statues, I actually appreciate the oddness of it, in a way.

Loving the display XM set up with spidey surrounded by all his villains. Not loving the Spider-Man piece itself though.

Taking into account the base and pose, I think it beats the Sideshow PF on those fronts, but when it comes to Spider-Man himself the PF does him better anatomically speaking.

The comiquette is still the best IMO.

I have the red blue PF and I feel the same. It fills my Spidey niche just fine.

I have to say from what I've seen if someone makes the Daniel Bel Spidey that I'll be all over that one.

I like the base but can't get around the left side awkward torque of the pose.

Statue looks great to me. My favorite out of all other 1/4 Spideys out there. Love the details and the torn mask idea.
