FNC messaged me back yesterday saying they have sourced their stock from resellers in China and assured me they are official products. I specifically mentioned making sure this is not a recast and it is an official licensed product and they told me it is.
I have it writing now so i feel much better.

Just a quick update Todd has the artificial hair version back up for preorder. I weaseled my way out of my payment plan at FNC and jumped over to Spec Fiction. In the end I'll most likely have 2 Jokers so one will go up on eBay in case someone missed out.

I got out of the payment plan not the down payment. Which means I’m responsible for their statue when it comes out.
