First thoughts...

1. Love the spider. Great nod to OT fans.
2. Rule through respect...not sure on this. I dont like the idea of Fett having a strong moral compass.
2. Seems like lots of content repetition. Gammoreans and Hammerheads guards.
3. Cool shot of the shields. A little homage to prequel technology.
4. I like the shot of that tatooine city. Not so desolate. Shows there was something worth ruling on the planet.
5. I like the roundtable with Jabbas Capos. I was hoping that we'd see Fett go head to head with the Hutt cartel. Oh well...maybe this will be a surprise.
6. "Speak Freely" from the company that fires you if they dont like what you say...interesting.
7. Love Hammerhead coming back. Hopefully we'll see him in 1/4 scale.

I'll be curious to see real characterization of Boba through this and if it plays into other shows or not down the road.

Watched the trailer again. Fett has his helmet off way too much. Someone was concerned that they’ll make Fett a “good” guy in this, I’m starting to worry about that now myself.

Agreed

BUT..I did however hear a rumor that still makes him the “Bad” guy. A few outlets are comparing this series the a Sopranos style show in space. Which still would make Boba that lovable guy, but never one to cross.
Also technically Boba was never a Good or Bad guy. He just went where the money was, which however usually does come from the Dark side. So we associate him as such.
But in reality he’s just a bounty hunter, and even here on earth they usually tend to hunt the Bad guys. So was he always “good”?

I would characterize Fett as someone who's not quite a hero but not really a bad guy either... He's a professional Bounty Hunter, I think Fett plays in the Grey Area a lot.

Nah. If you hunt down people for Vader, while wearing chopped off Wookie scalps on your shoulder, then freeze them in carbonite and sell their frozen bodies as wall decorations you?re a bad guy.
