I haven't known Sideshow to lie, and hide from their consumers, like some of these other fly-by-night companies.

Lying, and living in a bubble, trying to control the narrative... doesn't help in the long run. PCS, XM, Prime 1...could all stand to make some changes.

What do you mean.... Sideshow has definitely just ignored things it didn't want to answer (obi wan hilt missing) and have hide stuff all the time. Hell I remember back when they had reviews on their site every single one was a 4 or higher, like that's realistic :P

Point taken. I'm not saying they're faultless, but on-site reviews being skewed is nothing new. Every retailer does that, and no one should believe ANY marketing department.

And by "hide from consumers", I was referring to going radio silent (as an entity), for years, like XM have done, and completely ignoring specific social media (like this forum) that XM and Prime1 and PCS have chosen to do.

Again SS does that too. For example with the Ben Kenobi mythos was missing the hilt and leaning instead of making the hilts and I dunno what they'd do about the the leaning but they just completely ignored everything about it. Or big gap one the predator city hunter they did, again just ignored it.

I also quite vividly remember sideshow support that the quality difference between the production on the sideshow prototype on the masked LSB was because of "variation because they are hand painted" not because all the production ones looked like they were painted by school children.



Maybe you have fond memories of them but as a preodator and star wars fan where they were the only one with the Star Wars and Predator licenses for years and they SUCKED at those statues, and they've been ignoring and lying about their ---- for years.
