I can't wait until they update the site so we can read up on these characters. Hopefully it will explain why his arms are bound.

and maybe say what happened to his skull.
it looks like he might have been cracked in the head a few times even before he had those blades put in there, I suppose it might just be that he used to be a warrior on a battlefield and that might have been how he died.

Here is our conversation afterwards:

This is one of the most imposing and sinister but in a good way! And his sword is like 20 inches long hahaha! Freaking awesome, love the detail and the armor on this one too…

But the waving blade is poor addition to me, why waves ? this is the weakness of the statue imo.

Its not a wavy blade. Its is called a Kris. The Kris is a Javanese asymmetrical dagger most strongly associated with the culture of Indonesia or Javanese culture but also popular to Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei and Singapore. It is known as kalis in the southern Philippines. The kris is famous for its distinctive wavy blade.
Both a weapon and spiritual object, kris are often considered to have an essence or presence, considered to possess magical powers, with some blades possessing good luck and others possessing bad. Kris are used for display, as talismans with magical powers, weapons, a sanctified heirloom (pusaka), auxiliary equipment for court soldiers, an accessory for ceremonial dress, an indicator of social status, a symbol of heroism, etc.
From the Wiki on Kris blades because im too lazy to type my own lengthy description

A kris is a dagger. It's sometimes hard to categorise fantasy weapons but I suppose a flameberge greatsword would be closest
