It is indeed. I know somebody who filed a claim in California when a lawyer reached out to him to do so. There are lawyers who make their entire living off such things. The amount of cereal in a box?the amount of loads from a jug of detergent?.they ain?t all typos. All they look for is people to reach out to them.
So if Bishop was marketed, sold, and boxed up to say it is 16 inches and it?s only 12 inches?.you can connect the dot should somebody want to pursue the issue.

Maybe it's hard to tell from the pictures you took but Colossus looks in scale with Iceman. That Wolverine is a larger scale statue.

Colossus is the same height as DST’s Cable statue at 16 inches so seems in scale to me.

I can't tell from all those pics. All I see are the other statues are obviously standing on something to give them height. Where as Colossus is standing on a flatter base.
