Mythos - Darth Vader (Statue)

I couldn't find a thread for this guy.

Well, as part of the 12 Days of Sideshow, they just revealed this picture for Day 4.

A little off on the foreshortening I suppose. Another price gouge and huge ES product I predict. Higher than the rest from the Mythos line. But it should come with a helmet version and an empty hand.

A little worried about the paint job on this. Not a good time in Sideshow's history to be dabbling in an experimental paint scheme.

Yea, I'm also very curious to see what they can pull on their production pieces. Same with Sauron PF.

Yes, Darth Vader with helmet on is good as an alternative.

Yea, although I'm a great Star Wars fan(atic). This is somewhat boring news. Hope tomorrow will be better.

I love this "Shakespearean" artistic approach of Vader. I think it's epic and definitely better displayed with him facing his mask like in the above painting. Really different and unique. This one and Obi are by far the best of the "Mythos" so far.

Agree. The Gammy is also very cool, but it isn't very Star Wars. The Gammy looks totally different - way too interpretated.
