I don't quite understand what's going on with the way they painted the right side of her lips on the main portrait.

Me too, now  I noticed that earlier but thought it was the angle or the light... But it's not.
And the same with the biter portrait. I understand the flexible lips, but I still think the paint ( or the sculpt? ) is weird.

Not sure why it was painted that way.
But, I will say, in person it's almost completely unnoticeable in person. The portrait does look sort of teeth-y in my pics, but in natural light with the naked eye you can hardly see the teeth.

For the people that have already received this, just was curious did you order directly from XM? If you dont mind as well, what part of the world you are from?

I've seen this in person and it's a fine looking piece. The only portrait where it was really noticeable was the lip biting one and that was when the guy brought attention to it.
Remember NorthernLadMSP's pics are high res and up close also.

Agreed. The unmasked and updo/bun portraits are spectacular in person. The biting lip one is the only mouth I have an issue with (in person).

I have no problem with any of the portraits...like at all. I would like a little more detail on the teeth but from regular viewing distance I wouldn't be able to tell anyway.
However, I will say its not like XM can't do teeth. One look at Vulture can tell you they can.

It doesn't matter if they knocked it out of the park on a different statue. It's a matter of how well they did on the production run on THIS statue.
I was on the fence for so long about this piece. I'm kind of glad I didn't pull the trigger.
(also I had no room anyways!)
