I’ve got this on order.
Has anyone had something like this shipped to Canada from ECC?
If so,what was your experience with customs (did they open it, did you have to pay duty, hst, etc)?
Thanks

Cinemaquette usually ship to Canada via Fedex Ground, which doesnt include brokerage fees. So you will end up paying sale tax(es) + brokerage + import duty depending on harmonized commercial code they use. I have Gizmo and Freddys bust and ended up paying about $400 extra for each of them on delivery. Since Mohawk is more expensive, we might have to pay even more for this one...

No one can really know. Depends a lot on how many they made. People love Gremlins but it doesn't have the dedicated collector fanbase like Alien or Predator.
It has a high starting price but not outlandish so there will be people that will more causally pick this up but when later on figure out they can get still get at least $1,500 out of it they will be willing to part ways. Lots of collectors are overloaded and discuss tapping out.

Has anyone seen this piece in person? Does it look worth the price they are charging for it?

Tough decision...I want to keep my order but having a hard time justifying $2500 on it. My only other PO is the Pennywise bust and definitely keeping that one.
