And I hate this trend. I don't like looking at a statue and going -- wow, she looks exactly like XXXX. I don't want a statue that looks like a woman in cosplay.

It's interesting to me that this trend has only occurred with the female statues. The male statues just look like generic artist take on a man. Nobody is trying to put Hugh Jackman's features on Wolverine/Logan - why is that? Because they know people don't want that. I wish somebody would knock it the F off with the female statues.

Rogue is another example that comes straight to mind. Angelina Jolie in the danger room.

Did they though? I didn't see anything that showed a 360 of this yet. Her hips are twisted out a touch.

I thought this was a cosplay at first given how realistic the portrait looks.

This statue has got my interest but need to see more pics and what the EX will be.

If SS doesn't want to be outdone by Tweeterhead, then I hope that this PF leaves the door open for a possible Donna Troy.

I wish the base wasn't so relatively large and useless.

But as something that brings the character I grew up loving to life in three dimensions...I really love it.

And after a couple beers, it looks phenomenal!

Given your propensity for criticism i'm surprised you'd even have this in your collection, under the influence or not lol

QC concerns aside, I agree with pdenham that the Icon Heroes Starfire captures the Perez style better than any other statue based on that era's costume. Tweeterhead is close except for the bangs area.

Even though I am not 100% happy with this, I should just be satisfied by the fact Sideshow is making her lol She beat the odds.
