Well little did I know that in PR the word "bichos" which to me means "bugs" to them means "cu*t" ... my freinds mother and grand-mother looked at me like they wanted to wash my mouth out with soap ... it wasn't until Zoriya told me what it meant that I understood what I said wasn't what they understood.

I was engaged to this girl from England specifically Birmingham.
When I went there for a month to stay and meet her parents I got into all kinds of trouble. Apparently holding two fingers up while asking for two pints,
I gave the F**k you sign to the waitress. It got worse from there and about two weeks into my stay me and this chick got into a drunken fight. She locked me out of her flat. Needless to say I spent the next three days out sleeping under a bridge trying to collect change so I could call her dad to take me to the airport.

Oh, Britain is nice. The f'd up part was they use coins as pounds and I'm not used to carrying change so I'd go out drinking throwing away these coins like they were dimes but it was 2x the value of a dollar. Before I knew it I pissed away at least $800 in various pubs buying drinks for myself and everyone else. The worst part was when I got back in the US I ran up a $400 phone bill calling my ex begging her for a change of heart. (I was young and stupid)

Nah, I never heard from her again. However she did make off with the engagment (expensive) ring. I guess it's all for the best in the end.
