I tihnk I'm in dad mode at 7pm tonight to watch Zathura with the kids and maybe the wallace and gromit new one as well. Tommorow night no kids so who knows...........

So tonight is Sci-fi Friday on the Sci-Fi network...

I'll probably lift legs...

Can't do anything upper body-wise as I am really sore from wrecking my motorcyle the other day...

then I will pour myself a captain Morgan and diet and probably sculpt.

I got the Mini Series from Netflix and just cannot get into it...

Tonight the gf has her tv night of crap... Ghost Whisper and some other stuff I cannot handle... so I think it is a night of World of Warcraft for me...

I'll be keeping it REAL easy this weekend.
I had some CRAP week. I was in the hospital from Tuesday Morning till Wednesday night with bad chest pains. Got the full clean bill of health on all my tests, heart, blood, & lungs. But they said what it looks like I did was pulled a muscle from my chest which has been causeing the pains. Man it sucked and worst part is (if you've seen 40 year old virgin) I'm missing patches of hair from my chest and my arms look like that of a junkie's with all the marks and bruses.
SOOO with that said, I'm gonna milk this out and make the wife do everything and anything for me.

Hey, anyone wanna see a picture of my chest?
